What counts as a qualified walkthrough?+
A confirmed on-site visit with the decision-maker of a commercial facility inside your service radius. Building size and current cleaning situation are verified before it's booked.
What if the prospect doesn't show up?+
If the decision-maker no-shows or the appointment is unworkable, we replace it in the same batch at no additional cost. You only count appointments that actually happened.
Are leads exclusive to me?+
Yes. Every walkthrough is sold once. We don't shop the same prospect to multiple cleaning companies in your area.
How fast do packages get delivered?+
First walkthroughs typically hit your calendar within 7–10 days of purchase. Larger packages fill in over 30–45 days depending on your market.
